Having worked as a designer, illustrator, web designer, and creative strategist since 2014, I've worked for over a dozen different brands, each with a unique brand and different goals. I've used my skills in graphic design, website design and branding to complement each brand's unique goals.
At UC Irvine, I learned the fundamentals of design, as well as creative contemporary approaches to fine arts that involve thinking outside of the box and incorporating multimedia art into design.
As the creative director at Taqtful, I manage and execute a wide breadth of design projects for over a dozen different clients, with everything from building brand identity to digital marketing and social media. I started out as a graphic designer, and I was promoted within 2 years for my proactive contributions to the company and its clients.
As the communications assistant at UCI School of Information and Computer Sciences, I was the in-house designer and video editor for the communications department. I was able to contribute to the school's image and identity through motion graphics and various print and digital collateral.
Divercity Productions is a small video production collective created by a group of like-minded college students. Their mission is to highlight the voices of marginalized groups, namely LGBTQ people of color.
The Asian Pacific Student Association (APSA) at UC Irvine is a student organization aimed at celebrating the Asian and Pacific Islander cultures and sharing the lived experiences of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, bringing solidarity through education and shared understanding.
